Your information stays yours

Privacy Statement

We collect only what we reasonably need to understand and respond to your enquiry.

What we collect

Your name, contact details, preferred contact method and the information you choose to include in your Support Snapshot.

Please do not send passwords, banking details, identity documents, Medicare numbers, detailed medical records or other highly sensitive information through the website.

Why we collect it

We use your information to review your enquiry, contact you, work out whether L.O.K.K is suitable and, if you proceed, define the agreed service.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee that we can accept the work.

How website enquiries travel

Your submission is stored by our website provider and an email notification is sent through our email provider to the L.O.K.K shared Outlook mailbox. This lets authorised L.O.K.K personnel review and respond to it.

Who can see it

Access is limited to authorised L.O.K.K personnel who need the information to respond or provide the agreed service. We do not sell your personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

We may disclose information where you consent, where reasonably necessary to deliver an agreed service, or where required or authorised by law.

Storage and retention

Website enquiries and related emails are stored using the protected systems of our website and email providers. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We aim to delete or de-identify personal information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legitimate administrative and legal requirements.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information we hold about you and request a correction. You may also ask us to stop using your information, although some records may need to be retained where legally or administratively required.

Contact enquiries@lokkcollective.com.au.

Information about another person

Only share another person’s information when you have a lawful reason and, where appropriate, their knowledge or consent. Avoid including information that is not needed for the enquiry.

Safety and urgent situations

This website and enquiry form are not continuously monitored and are not an emergency or crisis service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 000. For crisis support, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14.
